Business management is about
the planning, co-ordination and control of a business. Survival is about optimizing revenues and keeping costs to a minimum.
This is especially true during troubled economic times. Trying to control costs while increasing revenues are often in opposition
to one another. This typically occurs due to a lack of process to connect the vertical segments of the business.
