PMI Knowledge Share Presentation
Jim is currently an adjunct instructor at DePaul University. In
the Project Management Certificate program Jim teaches the basics of project management. While the course is primarily focused
on PMI’s Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge, Jim also brings the real world aspects and value of project

In a very unique class co-developed with human resource (HR) expert Leslie Day Jim teaches project management
with a focus on human resource professionals. This class not only teaches the basic tools and techniques of project management
but also provides hands on experience while students use project management techniques in a simulated HR project.
Team Building for the Project Manager
Developed originally for the Project Management Institute Chicagoland
chapter this course focuses on the unique aspects of team for project managers.
Customized Training Programs
In addition to those programs
listed above Jim also delivers many different customized training programs. These courses include Human Behavioral Styles,
Negotiation, Conflict Management and others topics focused on organizational development.
